Description Kapsen HS203
The Kapsen HS203 tire is installed on the steering axle of heavy-duty special equipment, such as dump trucks, which operate both on asphalt and on dirt. Among its distinctive features, it has increased reliability due to the height of the tread elements, as well as improved traction.
The tread pattern has a quarry type with a pronounced directionality. Large blocks, separated by a network of channels, create a large number of gripping edges. This factor positively affects the ability to overcome sections with loose soil without the risk of getting stuck. Additionally, the open shoulder area effectively removes water and dirt from the contact patch, creating a reliable grip.
A special compound was used as the compound here, which, in addition to resisting abrasive wear, also well protects against the effects of mechanical factors. This achieves a long period of tire use.
