The Interstate VAN GT summer tire is used in commercial vehicles with small capacity, full-size minivans, and so-called "houses on wheels". It is characterized by increased strength and resistance to mechanical damage, reliability in handling, and effective braking on wet pavement.
The tread pattern features a dense arrangement of blocks. These elements form four continuous longitudinal ribs, which reduce rolling resistance, prevent rapid wear, and increase directional stability. At the same time, the numerous transverse edges formed by the blocks provide high traction and effective braking on wet pavement. The voluminous drainage grooves between the ribs prevent the formation of a continuous water film between the tire and the road surface.
Key features of Interstate VAN GT
- four composite longitudinal ribs increase directional stability, reduce fuel consumption, and increase tire mileage;
- numerous block edges and lamellas improve traction properties on wet pavement;
- enlarged longitudinal grooves prevent aquaplaning even at high speeds.
