The new Heidenau K60 RANGER Dual Sport Adventure tire was developed for enthusiasts of off-road adventures.
This new Adventure tire is part of the K60 series and a continuation of the K60 SCOUT model, which for over ten years has been a popular choice for enthusiasts of long-distance travel.
Building on the success of the Scout model and taking into account the requirements for maximum efficiency off-road, Heidenau started from scratch when creating the RANGER tire, developing a completely new carcass, tread, and rubber compound.
Extensive testing, lasting over 250,000 km, helped Heidenau refine the formula and characteristics of the tire, ensuring the K60 Ranger meets its purpose to the fullest extent.
If the well-known K60 SCOUT model is designed for 60% off-road and 40% on-road driving, the RANGER is designed for 30% on-road and 70% off-road driving.
This is a versatile tire, and it's ready to ride anywhere and anytime.
Features of the Heidenau K60 motorcycle tire
- The new tread pattern of the K60 Ranger tire was developed with consideration for the specifics of riding in mud and on large motorcycles.
- The open design of the tread blocks prevents the tread from loading up with mud, and the rubber compound and carcass are designed to provide stability when returning to the road.
- Thanks to features that ensure the integrity of the sidewall blocks, the K60 Ranger tire should confidently handle both single track and highway riding.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the tire, I recommend it, 50/50 is a great option, for asphalt and the possibility of leaving the road.

The tire is curved, balanced so-so, hard, with a wheel chock in the field - it will be difficult, but for this price one should not expect a miracle. Release year 2023.
