The UHP tire Hankook H452 Ventus S1 Noble 2 is applied in the summer period of the year on medium and large-sized premium passenger cars. The product behaves excellently on a wet road surface and is also suitable for use in the winter period, although it is more oriented towards operation in warm weather. The tire is stable on turns and provides a normal level of noise. Good maneuverability is ensured by the increased stiffness of the tire design.
Tread design
The tread pattern is asymmetric and non-directional. In the inner shoulder zone, blocks are arranged transversely, providing a high level of lateral stability. The tread pattern also features a continuous rib that is not intersected by drainage grooves. Thanks to this, it becomes possible to significantly reduce the level of noise generated by the tire.
On the blocks of the outer shoulder zone, there are three-dimensional lamellas that, in combination with the groove blocks, increase the degree of traction. For this reason, the tire is quite suitable for winter operation. Between the blocks, there are bridges that provide the product's obedience to every movement of the steering wheel, as well as safety when driving at high speeds on complex road sections.
Drainage system
In the inner shoulder zone, there are blocks of a unique shape that contribute to rapid water drainage, which improves the quality of movement on a wet road surface. Additionally, 4 circumferential grooves and the grooves connected to them, which intersect the longitudinal ribs, contribute to this.
