Спецшины Continental CS20 Clean SIT SOLID

The name of the Continental CS20 Clean SIT SOLID tyre largely reflects its functionality. The "Clean" designation indicates the use of a special compound that does not leave noticeable marks on floor coverings, and the SIT SOLID abbreviation emphasizes its belonging to solid industrial tyres. The model is designed for forklifts and other warehouse equipment operating in premises with high cleanliness requirements, including food, pharmaceutical, electronic, and chemical industries. The solid construction completely eliminates the risk of punctures and forced downtime.

Special compound for clean production

The rubber compound, having a light brown tint, significantly reduces the appearance of dark marks on concrete and polymer coatings, which reduces the costs of cleaning production and warehouse premises. The material is characterized by high resistance to wear and retains its properties even with intensive equipment operation and minimal downtime.

Solid construction for intensive operation

The absence of an air cavity makes the tyre immune to punctures, cuts, and other damages. The multi-layered construction combines a durable working part, a shock-absorbing intermediate layer, and a rigid base, thanks to which the tyre withstands significant loads, ensures the stability of the forklift during maneuvering, and effectively dampens vibrations.

Reliability in warehouse logistics

The optimized tread profile promotes even pressure distribution across the contact patch, improving control accuracy and slowing down wear. The high rigidity of the construction has a positive effect on the stability of the equipment when transporting heavy loads and working with the mast raised. The long service life, no need to monitor pressure, and minimal maintenance requirements allow for a reduction in operating expenses and an increase in the efficiency of warehouse equipment.
