Summer tires Barnaul Forward Professional 301 were developed for passenger cars, but later variations with different sizes were released, used on both passenger and light commercial vehicles and minibuses.

Tread pattern

The tread of this tire model has a universal all-season character, despite the fact that the tires are summer ones. The main characteristic of the tread is the presence of a central rib and several rows of checkerboard elements located along the center. As a rule, the checkerboard elements have a different configuration, but at the same time, semi-open blade-like slits are preserved between them.

Contact patch

The developers tried to maximize the contact patch of the tire with the road surface in this Barnaul tire model. The shape of the checkerboard elements and their location contribute to this as much as possible. Additionally, the width of the semi-open blade-like slits and grooves formed by the checkerboard elements, as well as the tread pattern pitch, varies, providing the best conditions for water evacuation from under the wheel in rainy weather.

Due to the use of high-quality rubber compound in the production of Forward Professional 301 tires, there is no need for studding, so only studded models are presented on the market. But depending on the type and size, as well as the expected loads, you can choose between reinforced and non-reinforced variations.
