Summer tire for passenger cars Austone CSR169 refers to the so-called "rain" tires. The distinctive feature of this model is that excellent traction on wet pavement is combined with sports agility in handling and on dry pavement.

The tread of the tire is designed in a directional pattern with wide grooves converging in the central part. This largely explains the absence of aquaplaning even at high speeds. The solid double rib in the middle and deformation-resistant shoulder blocks provide stability of traction properties and accuracy of handling during straight-line movement and in turns. Additionally, such an arrangement of elements and their increased rigidity significantly slow down the wear process of the tread, increasing the service life of the tire.
