The XCMG XB816 L-3/E-3 industrial tire is designed for front loaders, graders, and excavators operating in high-load conditions and contact with abrasive surfaces. Like other representatives of this line, this tire has undergone multi-stage testing at XCMG's factory testing grounds in Xuzhou, where tires are subjected to loads equivalent to 5,000 hours of continuous operation. This allows the manufacturer to guarantee increased durability and stable performance even with intensive use.

When designing this model, the experience of creating tires for quarry trucks was used.
The tread is made with large blocks, S-shaped sidewalls, and significant voids between them, providing reliable traction on uneven and loose surfaces. The increased tread depth (up to 150% compared to road analogs) guarantees high passability and slow wear when working on rocky terrain. The central zone, due to the partial overlap of blocks, increases directional stability at high speeds, reducing heat and rolling resistance.

The tire's carcass is made according to a diagonal scheme with the use of a multilayer cord of increased density. Such a structure evenly distributes the load over the entire contact patch area, preventing delamination and deformation when working with heavy equipment. Additional reinforcing layers in the breaker and sidewalls protect the tire from cuts and impact damage.

The rubber compound, created on the basis of heat-resistant synthetic rubbers and micro-dispersed silica, provides resistance to overheating and abrasive wear. The addition of natural oils maintains elasticity even at low temperatures, reducing the risk of tread cracking.
