Спецшины Tianli Flotation Implement

Tianli Flotation Implement tire is recommended for use on tractors, trailers, semi-trailers and large agricultural implements. The model belongs to the "Implement" class and is designed to work both on public roads and in field conditions, where high load capacity at low pressure and minimal impact on the soil are important.

Scope and operational qualities

The tire is oriented for use in agriculture, primarily on towed equipment and trailers, as well as on heavy aggregates, where high load capacity is required with the possibility of working with reduced air pressure in the tires. Such a configuration reduces the specific pressure on the soil, which helps to avoid its excessive compaction and damage to crops, especially when performing transportation operations in the fields.

The tread has a classic "flotation" scheme with wide blocks and deep grooves, providing good self-cleaning properties, along with traction on soft and uneven surfaces. This design promotes effective removal of stuck earth, plant residues and small particles from the contact patch, maintaining stable grip when moving under load. The large contact area with the ground improves the stability of the equipment and reduces rolling resistance, which has a positive effect on economy and resource.

Design and durability

The tire is made in a tubeless version, and its carcass has a reinforced design, which increases durability and resistance to mechanical stress in an aggressive working environment. A sturdy frame and optimized rubber compound contribute to increased wear resistance and stability against damage caused by equipment maneuvers and movement on hard surfaces.

Key features of Tianli Flotation Implement:

- "flotation" structure with low air pressure to minimize soil compaction;
- high efficiency in tread self-cleaning, which increases the tire's performance on soil;
- high load capacity, suitable for trailed agricultural equipment and large aggregates;
- robust carcass and wear-resistant rubber compound for long-term operation.
