The Tianli Flotation Implement 1 agricultural tire belongs to the category of specialized tires, being designed for use on field and trailed agricultural equipment, tractors, and large agricultural machinery. The model belongs to the "flotation" category, which implies a wide tread and low tire pressure, preventing excessive soil compaction and allowing movement on soft or wet fields without damaging crops and the structure of the topsoil layer.
Special construction features
One of the key features of the tire is its ability to work effectively at low air pressure, which is achieved due to the optimized design and large contact patch with the ground. This solution contributes to an even distribution of the machine's weight and reduces the load on the soil surface, reducing the risk of rut formation and crop damage.
The tread of this model is designed with an emphasis on traction and self-cleaning. Larger tread elements and developed grooves provide confident grip when moving on both soft and hard soils. The developed system of tread blocks promotes efficient removal of dirt, moss, and plant residues from the working area, which improves traction properties even on wet soil. This tread pattern also helps maintain directional stability during maneuvers on fields with different soil structures, allowing the equipment to maintain stability when performing complex agricultural operations.
The reinforced carcass and high-quality rubber compound provide increased resistance to punctures, cuts, and wear, which is important when operating on rocky and uneven surfaces, as well as in conditions of intensive agricultural activity.
Key features of Tianli Flotation Implement-1:
- wide contact patch and low air pressure reduce soil compaction and protect crops;
- tread with developed groove system improves traction and self-cleaning on various soil types;
- reinforced carcass and durable compound increase tire life during intensive operation.
