The Tianli AG-Radial 65S model is designed as a universal solution for tractors and self-propelled machinery used in agriculture. It combines technologies that were previously considered incompatible: aggressive self-cleaning and optimal rolling resistance in road mode.
V-shaped traction vector
The key element of the design is the directed tread pattern with a V-shaped configuration of lugs. Here, each block works as a fixator, oriented to transmit torque in the longitudinal direction. The angle of the sidewall inclination was selected by computer modeling to achieve the maximum coefficient of grip on chernozems and loams. At the same time, the sharpened profile of the shoulder zones acts as an active grip - during turns, it is embedded in the soil, preventing lateral slippage.
Off-road capability factor
Deep inter-block grooves - a drainage system. In conditions of prolonged rainfall or on wet clay fields, the elastic lugs bend in the contact patch, expelling the stuck mud outward. Thanks to the significant voids between the blocks, the tread restores its grip properties in a fraction of a wheel rotation.
Soil-friendly impact
The optimized tread profile and variable block stiffness have made it possible to reduce the pressure on the soil without losing carrying capacity. This is critically important for preserving the structure of the arable layer and preventing the formation of ruts. At the same time, the wear resistance of the rubber compound guarantees that the profile retains its effectiveness even at 60% wear.
Structural reliability
The model features a reinforced radial carcass with metal cord and a multi-layer breaker, protecting against punctures. This provides high carrying capacity at low pressure.
