Cargo capacity and durability under load
The diagonal structure of the carcass provides undeniable advantages for off-road work. The crosswise arrangement of cord threads creates a monolithic force structure that withstands loads along two axes simultaneously. This significantly increases the tyre's cargo capacity and makes it insensitive to punctures and cuts. Additionally, the diagonal carcass has increased resistance to ruptures from sudden pressure changes and dynamic impacts on solid inclusions.
"Wavy" tread geometry
The basis is solid ribs that perform a stabilizing function: they maintain the direction of movement and reduce the deviation of the equipment during lateral tilt. This geometry solves two key problems:
- the wavy edges of the blocks create multiple gripping edges that literally "bite" into the soil. Even on waterlogged fields or loose snow, the tyre develops high traction;
- the wavy shape smooths out impact loads when overcoming obstacles, reducing vibration on the equipment's frame.
Protection against "clogging" on wet soils
Special attention was paid to the depth and shape of the drainage and cleaning channels. Between the wavy blocks, wide evacuation trapezoids are formed. When the wheel rotates, they work like a pump: pushing dirt and plant residues outward. This is crucial because a clogged tread can lose up to 40% of its traction efficiency.
Protection against mechanical "aggressors"
In addition to the diagonal architecture, a reinforced breaker layer and a rubber compound with increased content of reinforcing fillers are used here. This makes the tyre exceptionally resistant to wear and chipping.
