Description Pulmox FRM90 Agrolox
Pulmox FRM90 Agrolox — a radial model designed to operate at the intersection of field conditions and public roads. The main engineering task is to combine aggressive self-cleaning of the tread with comfort and durability on asphalt.
No "clogging"
In clay or wet soil, conventional tires quickly lose traction as the soil gets stuck between the tread elements. Here, increased distances between elements with a wide evacuation zone have been applied. When the wheel rotates, the centrifugal force and special groove profile instantly eject the stuck mud. The result — the wheel is always ready for re-engagement.
Dual traction
The improved pattern with a dual angle of inclination is a development for stabilizing the tire on different surfaces. The deep central angle is responsible for longitudinal traction on soft soil and during acceleration. And the more gentle lateral angle of the tread element forms stability during turns.
Fatigue strength and sidewall flexibility
In this model, the design has been strengthened by optimizing the shape and massiveness of the elements. This has eliminated peak stresses at the base of the tread elements. And the elastic sidewall is specially designed to absorb shocks without transmitting rigid loads to the cord. The sidewall "works" instead of cracking.
Key features of Pulmox FRM90 Agrolox:
- applicability to various agricultural equipment;
- reinforced radial construction for high traction and long service life;
- wide channels with an evacuation profile that prevents clogging with soil;
- special tread pattern — stable traction both in the field and on asphalt, without skidding during turns;
- reduced vibration and noise due to the optimized tread element pitch.
