The Nortec IM-21 industrial tire is installed on the steering and trailer axles of agricultural machinery of various purposes. It is adapted for operation on mixed and solid soil surfaces. It provides ease of handling, reduces operating costs due to reliability, long service life, and fuel efficiency.
The tread part of the tire features a non-directional symmetrical arrangement of elements with a closed design in the central part and an open one along its edges. The edge elements increase the intensity of deceleration, prevent tipping. The solid ribs between them provide fuel efficiency, prevent overheating of the tread when moving at high speeds, and give the steering a simplicity and ease of handling. The wavy shape of these elements increases the directional stability.
