The Nexen TR179A camera is part of the line of internal cameras for large-sized tires. It is recommended for use in the composition of pneumatic tires of trucks and buses of large capacity, trailer and agricultural equipment with increased requirements for strength and stability of working pressure.
Application and operational requirements
The camera was initially developed taking into account the characteristics of the operation of large commercial and industrial tires, which are often operated on uneven soil cover. The use of such products is especially relevant where operating conditions are associated with constant changes in pressure, high overload, and the need to ensure stable traction and handling characteristics, regardless of road conditions.
It is made from high-quality elastic butyl rubber, developed with requirements for strength, uniform pressure distribution, and resistance to deformation. The material has high resistance to stretching when filled and maintains a stable shape under air pressure, which reduces the risk of local buckling and premature wear. Such a rubber mixture helps to minimize the risk of ruptures when working under high load, making the camera suitable for intensive operation on heavy vehicles.
The camera is equipped with a special valve designed for large-sized tires. The latter provides convenience for pumping and pressure control, as well as reliable fixation in the rim, which reduces the likelihood of air leaks even under vibration and dynamic loads characteristic of cargo and commercial vehicles.
