Neumaster TracPro 668 – a special tyre used on tractor equipment and combines in the agricultural sector. This is not just a model in the lineup, it's an engineering response to the requests of agricultural enterprises, where every hour of downtime is expensive, and soil structure preservation is a top priority.
Diagonal Classic
The tread pattern design is based on a decades-proven scheme. The elongated diagonal blocks are a calculated vector structure. The angle of inclination and the step between the lugs are optimized for transmitting the maximum torque in the longitudinal direction, which is critical when starting with a trailer on a wet slope or during deep ploughing. At the same time, the block shape is made with stiffness ribs that prevent the elements from "folding" under peak loads. The result is that the contact patch remains stable, and the traction force is distributed evenly, without jerks and skidding.
Self-cleaning
The extended inter-block channels and the smooth polished surface of these voids contribute to rapid cleaning. When the wheel rotates, the dirt simply flies out of the tread, without having time to compact. This guarantees stable traction even in conditions where other tyres start to "clog".
Protective Arsenal
The increased depth of the tread layer is a reserve of rubber that not only extends the service life but also serves as the first line of defence, taking on local impacts and cuts. The multi-layered nylon cord with high thread density forms a second, powerful barrier. The carcass is designed with increased resistance to tears and radial cuts, which is critical when working on rough terrain.
Key Features of Neumaster TracPro 668:
- suitable for driving axles of agricultural tractors, energy-intensive combines, sprayers, and trailer equipment operating on dirt roads;
- elongated blocks with an optimized angle of inclination provide maximum traction transfer, both on dry and viscous soils;
- extended inter-block channels with a smooth surface prevent the tread pattern from clogging with dirt and stubble, guaranteeing stable grip in any weather;
- high tread and multi-layered nylon carcass create a reliable barrier against punctures, cuts, and tears.
