Neumaster TracPro 668 R-1 — a diagonal pneumatic tire created with a classic agricultural tread pattern. It is designed for tractors and any wheeled equipment that operates predominantly on soft and medium-density soils: arable land, meadow, stubble, dirt roads.
Diagonal carcass construction
Unlike radial tires, where the load is borne by one layer of steel cord, the diagonal scheme uses a cross-laid textile thread. This provides three critical advantages for agricultural use:
- tear and puncture resistance — the multi-layer cord works as a single reinforcing mesh, evenly distributing point impacts;
- flexibility on unevenness — the design allows the tire to locally deform when driving over an obstacle, reducing the impact load;
- stability under variable loading — the cord withstands peak overloads when working with attached equipment without delamination.
Rubber compound
The agricultural tire operates in an aggressive environment: wet soil, chemicals, load fluctuations, and short-term exits onto asphalt. The rubber mixture of the model is optimized for two opposing requirements: elasticity and wear resistance. The compound is stable over a wide temperature range and resistant to aging, ensuring uniform tread wear over several field seasons.
Classic block geometry
The R 1 marking indicates a classic agricultural tread pattern with high, clearly directed soil grippers. In the model, they are arranged at a calculated angle to the axis of rotation. This provides efficient traction transfer — the grippers enter the soil sequentially, creating maximum grip.
Self-cleaning — the deep inter-block channels have an extended configuration, thanks to which mud and wet soil are squeezed outwards with each revolution. The tire does not get "clogged" even on "fat" clay.
