Protection against punctures and deformations
Here, the carcass has been strengthened with a multi-layer breaker made of high-strength steel cord with adaptive elasticity. This allows the tyre to withstand extreme pressures when working with heavy trailed equipment and absorb shock impulses when driving over uneven terrain. But the main feature is the increased height of the tread layer. This voluminous rubber mass acts as a shock absorber. This factor also minimizes the risk of punctures.
Directional stability axis
The model is equipped with a central rib formed by diagonal lugs - this is the bearing axis of the tread. It performs the role of a stabilizer, ensuring linear stability and instant responsiveness to steering.
Physics of traction in soft soils
In the lateral zones, there are massive lugs. Each block works like an independent "bucket" - when rotating, it is embedded in the loose layer, creating an active traction force. Such a configuration significantly reduces wheel slip at start-up and when climbing.
Drainage system
Deep channels between the blocks are not just a design feature. Their volume and wall angle have been calculated to work with maximum efficiency: when the wheel rotates, the flow of water or liquid mud is actively pushed out, preventing the tread from clogging. Even in the heaviest clay soils, the tyre self-cleans, restoring traction with each rotation.
