The Michelin Roadbib tire is designed for mono- and all-wheel drive tractors. It is intended for prolonged and intensive use, primarily on solid surfaces. It is distinguished by reduced heating and rolling resistance, improved ride smoothness, and increased mileage even in heavy operating conditions.
The tire's tread features a profile that expands the contact patch. In combination with the reduced height of the tread lugs, this significantly reduces rolling resistance and prevents rapid wear of the tire when operating on solid surfaces, increasing the tire's mileage and fuel efficiency. The tread pattern features a relatively dense arrangement of elements, which increases its useful area and the tire's performance on solid surfaces. Note the presence of a continuous longitudinal rib in the central part. It reduces fuel consumption, prevents overheating of the tread, and improves directional stability at high speeds.
Key features of Michelin Roadbib
- increased width of the contact patch, reduced height of the tread blocks reduce rolling resistance, prevent rapid wear of the tire when operating on solid surfaces;
- increased mileage due to the large thickness of the tread, the use of a rubber compound with increased resistance to abrasive wear;
- the tread pattern is adapted for operation on solid surfaces
