LingLong LBI101 - an industrial tyre in the I-3 series, designed for equipment operating on construction sites, warehouses, and other areas. The tyre is developed for vehicles with high load capacity and intense operating cycles: front loaders, telescopic loaders, tractors, and self-propelled chassis. The design is optimized for conditions where not only traction characteristics are important, but also resistance to cuts, punctures, and abrasive wear.
Strength reserve under load
One of the key features is the 14PR layering. This means that the carcass is reinforced with 14 layers of high-strength cord - significantly more than standard tyres of the same size. This architecture provides:
- increased load capacity;
- resistance to ruptures - the multi-layered construction distributes dynamic loads across the entire carcass area;
- the reinforced carcass maintains the tyre's geometry throughout its entire service life.
Balance of traction and self-cleaning
The tread pattern is designed specifically for industrial applications. Deep tread lugs with aggressive geometry provide reliable grip on loose and slippery surfaces. At the same time, wide drainage channels between the blocks work as a self-cleaning system: dirt, clay, and small gravel are ejected, not having time to "seal" in the grooves. This is critically important for maintaining traction characteristics in conditions of intense operation.
