Galaxy Jumbo Hulk L-4 – a special-purpose tire, the scope of application of which is tractor equipment used in construction, as well as a wide range of excavator-loaders. It is characterized by an increased strength indicator, resistance to increased loads and local impacts.
The tread of the model is represented by a large-block structure, the basis of which is massive elements that provide a large contact area. In combination with the reinforced frame, this allows working under heavy loads, minimizing the deformation effect. The increased thickness of the tread layer makes it possible to implement reliable protection against mechanical factors, neutralizing punctures and cuts. This guarantees an increased resource and complete preservation of working properties. To reduce deformation when working on uneven surfaces, special "bridges" are provided between the block structures, which increase the stiffness of the elements, ensuring their stable position under load.
The strong points of the tire can also include a high degree of self-cleaning, which allows maintaining the working area in cleanliness. This was achieved through the use of a tire system with channels of a special shape, which effectively cope not only with liquid mud but also with solid elements.
In view of the operation in harsh conditions, a special compound is used in the tire, which is resistant to local damage along with a high degree of elasticity. Due to the latter, it was possible to significantly improve the ride comfort for the operator, neutralizing the main mass of vibrations.
