The Forerunner QH604 R-4 industrial tire is designed for use on construction and municipal special equipment — wheel excavators, telehandlers, and front-end loaders that work on both soft and hard surfaces. The model was developed taking into account the experience of applying tires of this brand in heavy agricultural equipment, which made it possible to increase the resource and resistance to deformation when working with attached equipment.
The tread of the tire has an R-4 pattern, which combines the features of "road" and off-road design. Wide trapezoidal blocks are arranged at an angle, forming massive longitudinal and transverse walls. This geometry provides high traction when working on loose soils and stability on hard surfaces — for example, when moving on asphalt or compacted gravel. Significant voids between the tread elements effectively clean the tire from adhering clay and dirt, preventing slipping and overheating.
The tire's carcass is an reinforced diagonal structure made of multi-layer cord with increased thread density, providing resistance to punctures, delamination, and deformation even under extreme loads. Additional cord in the breaker increases the sidewall's resistance to cuts and impact damage, increasing the tire's mileage on construction and industrial sites.
