The BKT Earthmax SR 22 — a universal platform for pioneer machines: bulldozers, graders, and loaders, whose task is to transform the chaos of uncharted territory into a working platform. Meeting both L-2 (speed loaders) and G-2 (earthmoving equipment) standards, this radial tubeless tire embodies the principle of "ready for anything," ensuring continuous operation in deep snow, mud, and rough terrain.
Universality for any season
A deep, balanced G-2/L-2 type tread, adapted for all-season use, is the foundation of the tire. Its central part, formed by powerful blocks, provides exceptional transverse stability and slip resistance, which is critical for graders when leveling the surface. Large, widely spaced lugs with developed side edges form an effective traction system. They grip into frozen soil, break through snowdrifts, and provide excellent traction in deep mud, maintaining the machine's traction effort.
Stability under load and carcass protection
The radial tubeless construction with a full metal cord breaker provides fundamental benefits:
- flexibility increases the contact patch on unevenness, ensuring a smooth ride, reduced vibrations, and excellent grip on unstable ground;
- a rigid steel breaker protects the carcass from penetration by sharp stones and roots, serving as the primary barrier against punctures and cuts, as well as stabilizing the tread, reducing deformation under load.
Abrasion-resistant compound
A specialized all-season compound has been developed for the model, which maintains elasticity at various temperatures. Its formula provides resistance to freezing, ensuring grip on ice and compacted snow, and simultaneously possesses high resistance to abrasive wear.
Key features of BKT Earthmax SR 22:
- universal G-2/L-2 tread — optimal balance of off-road traction and lateral stability for grading and loading operations;
- maximum grip and comfort thanks to a flexible sidewall and reliable protection against damage with an reinforced breaker;
- all-season compound — maintaining working characteristics and elasticity in extremely low temperatures with high wear resistance;
- the geometry of the lugs and grooves promotes effective removal of dirt, snow, and debris, preventing clogging.
