Belshina Bel-136 — a tire initially designed for "Belarus" tractors and similar self-propelled machinery operating in an intensive mode. The engineers built into the model a formula that allows the equipment to feel confident both on soft arable land and when driving on hard surfaces.
Radial Load Geometry
The manufacturer chose a radial design for this model not by chance. Such a cord works as a single power grid. This gives a significant advantage when working in the field. The contact patch becomes stable and uniform at any pressure in the tire. The result:
- reduced ground pressure — a wide profile literally "stretches" over the surface, reducing the depth of the rut and preventing compaction of the fertile layer;
- the radial architecture reduces internal friction in the carcass, which directly affects fuel efficiency;
- the sidewalls of the radial tire deform more elastically, damping micro-vibrations from irregularities.
Design and Compound
The tire has a chambered design. From the point of view of operation in the field, this is a plus: in case of damage, the chamber can be quickly repaired or replaced, and the construction of the side is less demanding of the ideal geometry of the rim under high loads.
The rubber compound is designed with a priority on wear resistance and cut resistance. Reinforced areas of the body and sidewalls help withstand contacts with sharp stones and hard inclusions in the soil, which often become the reason for the failure of budget analogs.
