Reinforced frame

When developing this model, much attention was paid to ensuring maximum reliability and stability of traction properties. To this end, the Pirelli Scorpion XC Mid Hard frame was significantly reinforced due to the use of a multi-layered structure, the basis of which is a steel cord. On top of it, there are several layers of synthetic materials that are characterized by significant resistance to aggressive mechanical stress at a relatively small weight. The ultimate result of these technical tricks is excellent reliability, as well as fast and accurate responses to the biker's actions, demonstrated by this tire in any conditions.

Maximum number of traction edges in the contact patch

This model is released in two versions - for the front and rear wheels. They are significantly different from each other, primarily in terms of tread construction. In particular, the tread blocks of the rear wheel are arranged in such a way that the contact patch has an increased number of traction edges. In combination with a significant distance between the tread elements, this allows the tire to demonstrate high efficiency both during acceleration and deceleration.
