Description Tornado GR-T1
The Tornado GR-T1 commercial tire is designed for the steering and trailer axles of heavy-duty trucks. The model is distinguished by a long service life, directional stability, and responsiveness to handling.
The tire is equipped with a tread featuring a pronounced rib structure, represented by three wide longitudinal elements that form the basis of the tread zone. In combination with the shoulder structures, they create a wide contact patch that provides even load distribution and increases load-carrying capacity. These factors positively affect the service life, increasing it. It is the developed rib structure that ensures directional stability. And the minimal number of sipes and grooves contribute to reducing rolling resistance, making fuel savings more effective.
A special compound is used here, which effectively resists high temperatures and abrasive effects. As a result, the tire is able to maintain its working characteristics even with intensive operation over many seasons.
Key features of the Tornado GR-T1:
- versatility of application on various commercial vehicles used for long-distance routes;
- high directional stability and maneuverability due to the developed rib system;
- large contact patch with dense adhesion of each section to the road surface, ensuring vehicle stability and minimizing wear;
- high-strength carcass that effectively resists deformation under load at high-speed modes
