The commercial tire Otani OH-117 is recommended for use on the steering axle of trucks. If necessary, the manufacturer allows the possibility of applying this model to any axle.

The tread pattern features enlarged shoulder areas and their profile, which additionally increases stiffness. This design provides more precise handling and stable traction, as well as prevents uneven wear. The central part contains a large number of lamellas, and those located in the middle edge have a Z-shaped form. It enhances the traction properties when braking, allowing for easier control of the trajectory of movement.
