The commercial tire Goodyear KMAX S A HL is designed for highway tractors and large capacity trucks. It is used on the steering axle. It is recommended for use on highways and regional routes. It is characterized by good directional stability, braking efficiency on wet pavement, durability, and fuel efficiency.
The tread pattern has a closed design with five longitudinal ribs. To provide additional stability, the elements are connected by special "bridges". As a result, high directional stability is achieved during straight-line movement, and the process of abrasive wear of the tread is slowed down. The ribs have a composite structure, they contain numerous blocks that, along with lamellas, increase the efficiency of the tire when braking on wet pavement.
