Summer tire size 195/65 15

I've driven on different tires, from Belshina to Michelin, but I've never encountered worse traction than on this one. I'm surprised myself. I installed fresh ones by production date, but they seem like wooden tires. On dry asphalt, it's half the trouble, but if it's slightly wet, it's a disaster, like driving on ice. It doesn't hold at all. As soon as you brake slightly, it immediately loses grip and skids, it feels like the car is flying even faster than if you didn't brake at all. I absolutely do not recommend.
