The Viatti Strada 2 summer tire is designed for long-term operation with increased speed loads. All options in the offered size range have indices from H to W. It is characterized by stable traction, ease of control over the vehicle, reliability, and comfort of movement.

The tread pattern features an asymmetrical and very dense arrangement of elements. This solution works in conjunction with the profile of the tire's tread, the shape of which maximizes the contact patch, maintaining it during longitudinal and transverse accelerations. This creates a feeling of reliability and traction stability at high speeds and transparency of feedback when changing direction. Another feature is the diversity and multitude of drainage elements. Lamellas and grooves prevent aquaplaning even in heavy rain, maintaining stable traction in such conditions.

Technologies

Rigid central rib

A rigid longitudinal central rib is designed to maximize directional stability. The dense contact patch improves the tire's traction characteristics when driving straight and when making high-speed maneuvers.

Central grooves effectively drain water from the contact patch.

Monolithic shoulder area

The solid shoulder area of the Strada 2 is equipped with a high level of stability, which has a positive effect when changing lanes. The varying block width of the tread helps to reduce noise.

Lamellas on the inner blocks of the tread

The Viatti Strada 2 tire features a large number of lamellas arranged at different angles for dynamic acceleration and braking.

Lateral grooves
