The winter tire RoadX Frost WU02 belongs to the so-called "friction" models, being designed for operation in regions with a cold climate. It is characterized by improved traction on snow and wet pavement, the ability to intensively brake on any slippery surface, acoustic comfort, and high mileage.
The tread pattern is distinguished by a high density of lamella arrangement and a saw-tooth shape of the formed edges. The cuts have a "three-dimensional" profile, which fixes them in an open position when contacting the road surface, simultaneously limiting the mobility of blocks and ribs. As a result, the coupling properties on wet, snowy, and icy surfaces are enhanced, and reliability of control in such conditions is ensured.
